Returns Policy

All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible, we will require notice of any faulty inflated balloons within 24 hours of signed for receipt, otherwise our bespoke inflated balloons are non-refundable.  If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us on 01823 426008 or Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.

Un-inflated items for return will need to be registered with us within 14 days of receipt, these must be in their original packaging and unused, if this is the case then please email your order number and surname along with details of the return to: and return the items to:

Faulty/Damaged Goods

If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours if it is an inflated balloon) on 01823 426008 or by email  We will then advise you on the best course of action. 

In most cases (apart from inflated balloons) we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us unless the item is faulty.

Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.
