Party On Balloons is a trading name of Party On Balloons Limited (registered in England No. 11353908) and in these terms we shall refer to ourselves as 'POB'.
Please read our delivery policy carefully to ensure your balloon will arrive on the required date. We cannot be held responsible if your balloon doesn't arrive on time, our courier partners may experience delays that are outside of our control.
While we endeavour to honour Next Day Delivery, we are at the mercy of our couriers. Deliveries may be affected by adverse weather conditions and other factors outside of our control.
All orders are dispatched in enough time so that they should arrive on your chosen delivery date. However, there are occasions where our couriers experience issues which means your delivery is delayed. If your delivery is one working day late, we will not provide a refund. If your delivery is more than one working day late, we may provide a refund depending on the circumstances.
Please note that our courier partners do not collect on weekends and as such all deliveries for a selected date which falls on a Monday will be dispatched on the Friday prior to the selected Monday. In recent times the excess volumes in the courier networks have meant that on occasion they may deliver your item early (Saturday or Sunday) If this is an issue then please choose another date as we cannot control these decisions.
If a delivery slot for a parcel is missed or refused for any reason (providing the original refusal is within the +1 working day policy for delivery dates) then DPD will attempt to redeliver on the next working day up to and including a maximum of 3 attempts, after these 3 seperate attempts the parcel will be returned to us at POB and we will not be liable for a refund on the item(s) as they are bespoke made and we cannot control the times to which they can be received, please make allowances and/or arrangements for these delivery slots to be met. Communications regarding the delivery slots are sent directly from the local delivering depot of DPD and are usually set by 11am on delivery days, please note this can vary in busy times and in certain geographical areas of Scotland and the Highlands.
We require your delivery address (including the postcode) to be correct before we ship your order. We cannot change the delivery address once your order has been shipped without incurring a cost. If you require us to change your shipping address after your order has been shipped, we will require you to pay the necessary fee to enable us to do this.
You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
You must not use our website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.
You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to our website without our express written consent.

Nothing in these terms and conditions will: (a) limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; (b) limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or (d) exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section and elsewhere in these terms and conditions: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the terms and conditions or in relation to the subject matter of the terms and conditions, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.
Product Images & Content
POB makes every effort to ensure that the images we supply are as accurate as possible. We are aware that different screen resolutions, browsers and computer types may vary the colours depicted. We use the latest images and content available to us supplied by the manufacturers, however they reserve the right to amend products without notice.
As detailed in the general overview points, the contract is only formed upon dispatch of your order and therefore any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any literature, website based information, prices, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by POB shall be subject to correction without liability on our part. Should such an event occur we will contact you before dispatch.
We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information published on this website; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up-to-date.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).

All prices are correct at time of publication. POB reserve the right to change, alter or amend any price at any time without notice. Should a product price decrease since an original purchase, contractually we are not obligated to refund the difference. Similarly, should an increase occur prior to purchase, we are not obligated to sell at the previous lower price.
All prices shown are in pound sterling (£).
VAT & BFPO Orders
POB charges VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) on all applicable purchases including orders made to be sent via BFPO.
Methods Of Payment
We accept payment via credit or debit card, cheque, postal orders or PayPal for online orders. If you wish to pay in cash then please visit us at our Taunton Head Office.
Please note that orders will only be dispatched upon the receipt of cleared funds into our account. Please make any cheques or postal orders payable to "Party On Limited".
If you decide to cancel your order, and providing your order has not been created or dispatched, you are entitled to a full refund with no charges. If the order has been created (sometimes up to 48 hours before receipt) then as these are bespoke made items they are non-refundable.
Choose Your Own
If you pick 'Choose Your Own' when ordering a balloon, we will endeavour to meet your requirements as best we can. However, your requirements are open to interpretation by the staff of Party On Balloons, and we cannot be held liable if the product you receive doesn't meet your expectations. We reserve the right to produce a balloon that we believe meets your requirements, while looks as good as possible, using our years of expertise.
Reporting An Issue With Your Order
All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible, we will require notice and photographic evidence of any faulty inflated balloons within 24 hours of signed for receipt, (please note if you are contacting us outside of the 24 hour period to aid any claim we will require time stamped photos from within the 24 hour period) otherwise our bespoke inflated balloons are non-refundable. If an issue arises with a balloon after delivery, but at the point of delivery it arrives in good condition then as standard we are not liable for refunds as balloons are delicate products and are subject to the environments to which they are kept. We can only guarantee the standard of balloons to the point of delivery, we ask that all balloons are checked immediately upon arrival.
Each product may be comprised of a number of smaller components to complete a package or grouping of balloons. If this is reflective of your order then each component is priced indivdually in line with that product code. Based on this costing method if there is a problem with an individual balloon which is part of a larger grouping or package which is found to be faulty or damaged then the process is to refund the individual component.
