While we endeavour to honour your Chosen Delivery Day, we are at the mercy of our couriers. Deliveries may be affected by adverse weather conditions and other factors outside of our control.
Please Note: All orders are dispatched in enough time so that they should arrive on your chosen delivery date. However, there are occasions where our couriers experience issues which means your delivery is delayed. If your delivery arrives one working day (Monday to Friday) later than the requested delivery date, we will not provide a refund, except where you have chosen a timed premium service, in which case we will refund the associated cost for this service. If your delivery is more than one working day (Monday to Friday) late, we may provide a refund depending on the circumstances.

Choosing Your Delivery Date
You can order at any time in advance of needing your balloon, and choose a delivery date at the checkout. Orders placed before 1pm can be sent for next day delivery if the delivery date is available at the checkout (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays - orders for these days will need to be placed before 1pm on Friday).
You will be asked for a desired delivery date so that we can deliver your balloon in perfect condition. With an average float time of 2 - 3 weeks, we would recommend requesting delivery for 1 or 2 days before it's required to cater for any courier delays.
Please allow one additional working day for delivery. If your event is at 9am or earlier on a certain day, then please allow 2 extra days as delivery issues cannot be rectified by 9am the day after a due date.

All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible, we will require notice of any faulty inflated balloons within 24 hours of signed for receipt, otherwise our bespoke inflated balloons are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us on 01823 426008 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.

When will my balloon arrive?
During the checkout process you will be asked to select a delivery date. There is a small additional charge for delivery before 1pm and Saturday delivery as the courier costs are higher.
Will my balloon be inflated?
All of our gift balloons will be inflated with helium, tied with ribbons and attached to a weight, which varies according to the style of balloon you are choosing.
Can my balloon be personalised?
The majority of our balloon styles can be personalised with your own text, up to 40 characters. In some cases we can increase this character count although this will have an impact on the text size. Alterations to text length can be added under the ‘special instructions’ section during the checkout process.
When will my order be shipped?
We make and ship your inflated balloons the day before your desired delivery date. These are collected in the early evening by our courier partners and immediately start their journey to you or your intended recipient.
What are my delivery options?
Free delivery is included with all inflated balloons and you choose your delivery date as part of the checkout process. We offer a Saturday delivery option as well as a pre-1pm delivery option, both of which carry an additional charge of £7.99.
What if the person is not in to sign for the delivery?
We primarily use UK Mail as our courier of choice. You will receive email/text updates of a 1 hour delivery slot on the morning of the delivery date chosen. If this doesn’t suit you there are options on the email/text to amend your delivery time or you can use the card that will be left at the address to contact the courier office to collect it yourself or arrange re-delivery. However, we recommend that you make sure you, or the intended recipient, are available on the day of your delivery to ensure the balloon arrives in the best possible condition.
What happens if my balloon arrives damaged?
We have fewer than 1 in 200 that arrive with an issue. If this is unfortunately the case for you then please send a picture of the damaged balloon immediately to us at email@example.com. We will contact you back on the number provided on the order or via email if no number is provided to ask what you would like to do. If a replacement is still within your time frame and it is before 1pm then we will ship a replacement immediately. We will also offer a full refund if required. Please note that due to the fact that these are perishable items and usually for 1 day events, we will not refund balloons when we are notified more than 24 hours after the delivery time.
What choices do I have for colours and personalisation?
We offer virtually endless choices for colours and for personalisation. So as not to make it too confusing we have narrowed down the choices for our most popular colour sets which have been curated from over 20 years of industry knowledge. If you would like to make something truly bespoke then please use the 'Choose Your Own' option when ordering your product or drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can make and confirm these changes.
How much notice do I need to give?
You can order as far in advance as you need to using our date selector tool. However, if you would like your balloon quickly you can order up until 1pm Monday - Friday for delivery next day to any UK residential or business address, as long as the delivery date is available at the checkout.. Please note there is a small additional charge for Saturday delivery from the courier.
Is helium safe?
Helium is a non combustible and non flammable gas and, although helium is not poisonous, it can cause death by asphyxiation or by damaging your lungs. This message is backed by the British Compressed Gases Association and you can visit them here www.bcga.co.uk.
How long will my balloon float for?
Our signature balloons have a float time of approximately 2 weeks, but this can vary hugely depending on how and where they are kept. Helium does not like the cold so leaving it in a garage or a car overnight will reduce the life of the balloon dramatically. Keeping it at room temperature will always ensure it looks it’s best for the longest period of time. Foil balloons, which we also offer inflated, have a float time of 7-10 days.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you have made the mistake of inputting the wrong delivery address then simply email us and make sure it is before 1pm on the day of dispatch (1 day before delivery). Be sure to add your order number and new delivery address and we will acknowledge the change.
How much can I write on my gift tag?
Our gift cards have a 110 character limit. This is to make sure your words fit beautifully on the card, and are legible for the recipient. We find that this is usually enough for our customers to say what they would like to.
