This is my second order from party on balloons and yet again they delivered a beautiful arrangement, and delivered on time. There was an error on my order but customer services were straight on to it, they amended and redelivered immediately and I still received my order on time! I will be definitely order again soon!

The whole process was seamless

The balloon is gorgeous and was delivered on the day chosen. My daughter was delighted to have it as a finishing touch to her prom celebrations and was used in many photos. The personalisation was good with nice colours to pick from to compliment the prom dress colour and matching ribbon was added. It's still up a week later so brilliant quality and durability.

My first balloon arrived damaged but the company was quick to arrange a replacement for the next day. Balloon was great and is still standing unlike other such balloons I also bought.

Amazing is all I can say. Had balloons delivered and the foil hearts were deflated slightly and didn’t look great. One quick email and one very quick response back later and I had new heart balloons sent out to me. They even were willing to send the balloons to a different address for me on the other side of the country at no extra cost. This is brilliant customer service. I will definitely be recommending this company to all my friends and family and will use only these guys from here on out!! Thanks so much guys

Beautiful baloon

Everything looked incredible with the balloon from the colour choices I asked for, to the logo printed etc. The only one thing I’d change is the additional text I asked for to be placed in a different location as it didn’t make grammatical sense to place it where it was but it was a minor concern and didn’t bother me too much :)
