The ballon selection of rose gold for a 60th celebration were a great display I requested that the “happy birthday “ balloon be changed to “happy anniversary “ as discussed with a customer service person and then annotated on the online order, but sadly this was picked up and that’s the reason I didn’t give a 5* Customer services were very helpful, great delivery and tracking and good quality display.
Thanks for the balloon which was delivered to a pub where the birthday girl had a surprise party. All communications were good and we received about delivery times which were helpful.

This arrived directly at the venue of my friend's hen do in a sturdy box, and looked fantastic on the table! Great product and trusty delivery!
The colours in the advertised picture do not match what was delivered (see photo). I would class this as baby-blue with light grey and suitable for the birth of a boy, or a baby shower, gender reveal or a 1st birthday. The balloon itself was great - it looked lovely and lasted well, it just wasn't what I expected for the 40 year old I bought it for!

The Birthday Balloon was delivered to our hotel, and kindly set up by the team in our room. My husband loved it! The colours were beautiful, and he felt it was very tasteful, so didn't mind me taking it down to our celebratory dinner. It also remained inflated for almost 3 weeks!
