I have recently ordered three balloons (on separate occasions) to celebrate special family milestone birthdays and I could not be happier with the quality of these balloons. Really stunning, especially the multifill balloons! They look lovely and last for ages. I forgot to add a gift card on one order so contacted via email, the customer service was brilliant, very prompt and helpful ... Having messed up my delivery address, I tried to rectify it myself via the courier but created a bigger problem - unbeknownst to me until I was contacted by Party On Balloons, who quickly acted to resolve the issue by liaising directly with the courier and myself to ensure I got my balloons in time for the occasion. Happy with balloon. Only issue is box was dented - not there fault - fault of be postal service. But the balloon was all ok. And very happy with it. Would purchase again from here.
