Having messed up my delivery address, I tried to rectify it myself via the courier but created a bigger problem - unbeknownst to me until I was contacted by Party On Balloons, who quickly acted to resolve the issue by liaising directly with the courier and myself to ensure I got my balloons in time for the occasion. Happy with balloon. Only issue is box was dented - not there fault - fault of be postal service. But the balloon was all ok. And very happy with it. Would purchase again from here.
