Delivered on time. I thought it would be on 1 box but it came with 2 boxes. I would prefer next time they send it with 1 box so it can be opened in 1 go in 1 big surprise:) but apart from that it was gorgeous.

Lovely balloons. Very please and will use again. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I booked to have the balloons delivered on a Monday, the birthday, and DPD tried to deliver them Saturday before. It does state the on the website, I didn't see it at the time, that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed Mondays, but I would be wary if I definitely wanted them delivered on a Monday, apart from the I would recommend.

I really like Partyonballoons, and will continue to use them whenever we have a need for balloons. The service is exceptional, the options plentiful, and delivery fast and on time. I also appreciate their eco-friendliness.

I must admit, I was a bit skeptical about how this method of revealing the gender would go and also whether I would receive the balloon without it having burst in transit, but I’m so glad I found this company and went with it! Shortly after placing my order I received a personable email from Benjamin in the CS team congratulating me and asking how I would inform them of the gender. A distant member was due to inform them on our behalf as we didn’t want to know ourselves until the reveal. Benjamin kept me in the loop every step of the way and answered all my questions about the delivery of the balloon. It arrived on time and in perfect condition! Everyone loved the reveal!! I would do this again and would use this company! Thank you!
