The balloons looked great and elevated the overall party feel to a special level. There were just a few things that made me give a 4-star rather than 5-star score - DPD let Party On Balloons and me down with their failure to deliver on the date stated and gave incorrect information about the reason. One of the ballons had a loss of pressure so wouldn't stay up. However, this was refunded immediately and the communication from Party On Balloons was very good. I would definitely use this company again.

My daughter loved the teal and gold coloured balloons. Arrived on said day. My only criticism was the extra charge for writing on the otherside of the balloon, which is not explicit until you enter script- so I cancelled that as the balloon costs enough. Otherwise great communication and product. I believe it's still floating after 2 weeks.

I ordered balloons to be delivered to Centre Parcs for our daughters 18th. They arrived on time and in perfect condition and were just perfect. The personalised balloon had lots of ribbon etc and loads of mini balloons inside and I couldn't fault it. Thank you so much, would definitely recommend and use again !
