Have used this company on a few occasions and up until recently found them faultless. Custom made balloons are exceptional, absolutely perfect for any occasion. Sadly most recent experience, I felt their customer care let them down. I would still recommend but be very careful when deciding requested delivery dates as these are still not a guarantee.

Never sent a balloon before and buying online I wasn't sure where to start so I asked a good friend. She had used Party On Balloons a couple of times in the past. I thought the website was excellent and happily chose one of their colourways. Had a couple of questions to ask, which I did. Quick response so when I came to ordering I just followed the website. Recipient was thrilled with the balloon, I was glad that delivery was on the day I booked (I did book 1 day ahead of the birthday). No problems. Balloon was much admired. Made a birthday a bit more special - thank you. Would use same company again and recommend to friends.
