I was kept updated regarding delivery date/time and texted by the courier with time slot on the morning of the delivery . Online order was very easy to complete, it arrived on the day I asked it too. Balloon was for my daughter's 13th birthday & she loved it. The balloon is a great size, love the design & details. It is still going strong after a week & 2 cats always trying to attack the ribbon xx

The balloons were good and my daughter loved them, BUT….I was extremely disappointed they did not arrive the day of her 30th birthday! I don’t know what happened because I received emails saying they were on track fir delivery the correct date, but they didn’t arrive and were delivered the next day. I did not receive any communication with an explanation. Disappointed.

The large balloon was absolutely lovely-took my sister by surprise. The additional balloons that I ordered-would have preferred them in a packet for me to inflate to the size required. Otherwise, fantastic service and delivered spot on time ?

Great service & delivered on time

Wasn’t aware when I paid for delivery it had a 3 day delivery window but I was quickly informed when I emailed to ask why it was coming a day early. So bare that In mind when booking the delivery. I nearly missed it as I was expecting a Sunday delivery and it came Saturday and I had plans that day.

Really pleased with delivery service and product. It was a gift for my daughters anniversary, really loved it.
