I accidentally ordered the balloon for the wrong date and in a very busy period (Mother's Day) and at very short notice, they managed to bring the date forward so it was delivered in time! Amazing balloon also. Thank you!

Ordered this ballon for Mother’s Day but I was too late to get delivery in time for Mother’s Day. Accepted this and booked delivery for Tuesday after Mother’s Day. However, this wonderful business noticed it was a Mother’s Day present due to the personalised message on the ballon and emailed me to ask if I would prefer delivery for Mother’s Day- which I of course accepted. Couldn’t of been happier

I had an excellent experience. This was my first time ordering from party on Balloons, the the different choices of balloon types, styles, colours including text etc are fantastic and a wide range. The website was easy to use. I ordered a Mothers day balloon but mother's day delivery date was not available, the earliest was 17th March which i selected. However i got in touch by email as i made an error in delivery name , but also asked if there was any possibility that they could post out the balloon earlier than the 17th as it was for Mothers day, to my surprise they actually were so kind enough to do so and the balloon was delivered in time for Mother’s day indeed. Thats what i call excellent customer service
