Ordered a customised helium balloon for my Mum's 60th birthday, which looked stunning and she really loved. Had an issue with the delivery driver damaging the item during delivery which meant the balloon deflated within 24 hours but the customer service from Party On Balloons was fantastic. Responded really quickly to my email and posted a replacement balloon out immediately, which is still going strong after a week. Would definitely recommend this company!

I love love this company! They always go the extra mile and I’ve ordered from them for years! I’m never disappointed. This year though, PayPal withheld my payment meaning the balloon would be late. They emailed me at 7am and told me the situation, and rectified it even though they didn’t need to! The balloons also last for AGEs. Thank you party on balloons
