Great communication from the start regarding a balloon order for my mums 60th. As she lives the other end of the country we couldn’t see her so thought this would be a nice addition for her birthday morning with her cards and presents. Was delivered as stated (the delivery driver attempted in the morning and missed her, then going back that evening in his way home as he could see it was a balloon from the box) arrived all in tact and is still looking beautiful a week later.
