Truly the best service I have received in years. I phoned in on the morning I needed my balloon on the off chance they had something non personalised. Not only did they personalise the balloon, but They had it ready in 3 hours for collection, so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble and the balloon was such high quality it is still just as good 10 days later as the day it arrived.
