The site was very easy to use and the product quality, customization, presentation was excellent but my delivery didn’t reach on time so i suggest anyone ordering select a day prior! The dpd local delivery customer service was rude!! I was really disappointed by the way one of the advisor spoke.. and I wouldn’t have been so upset had this gift not been a surprise for someone’s birthday!! Rest, the service from party on balloons was on point! Since this was a surprise gift for someone in London for his birthday, i just wish the box tape didn’t let out what’s inside!!

It was very easy navigating the site. However, there was no availability for delivery for about a week, which meant I had to select a Saturday delivery, which is expensive. Nonetheless, my order arrived on time and I was excited for its arrival.

I have found customer services extremely helpful & speedy at resolving amendments required or issues with the order. I appreciated greatly being able to change my mind on the colour of one of the balloons I ordered! & with another balloon I ordered a mistake was made with the delivery but the company rectified it as soon as they were contacted & they ensured the recipient still received their lovely balloon a few days later.
