My first order was perfect, my second order was also but a day later than booked which was disappointing as it was the day my cousin was due to be married which had to be cancelled. It did arrive the next day but I was disappointed it hadn’t arrived on the day I requested.

Easy to customise the balloon online. It arrived on the day promised, packaged well and looked amazing. Could not be happier with the service. TOP TIP - make sure you get the box into your house ASAP when delivered, as due to COVID I got the delivery driver to leave it on my doorstep, and as it is literally a box of air (well helium, so lighter than air), I nearly lost it down the road to the wind :'D XD
