We sent a balloon to our friend to celebrate her daughter's first birthday as we couldn't visit during lock down! It turned up early which was great as it meant more time for them to enjoy it and we didn't miss the actual day. The balloon looked gorgeous! Amazing service. The balloon itself was beautiful and the people out was sent out to really loved it. I needed to change the date of delivery and they were very accommodating with prompt replies.

All needs carried out, even alterations. Only thing was I didn’t get a email back, stating that changes will be met. But understandable under circumstances.

Beautiful choice

I was disappointed that the balloons came in the same box. When my son opened it they were all tangled together & wouldn’t float out the box. Was a shame. The number balloon was good quality, but the bubble balloon was much smaller than others I have bought in the past from other sites.

Great service only thing was I had a problem with my emails so no updates because of this.

The level of communication was first class, very important when you are waiting for something like this in lockdown. The balloon arrived on my daughter's birthday around 11 am, which was perfect. The only negative I can say is that my daughter was also expecting a gift to arrive and was at the door when the box was delivered. It's a shame that the box was taped with 'partyballoons' written on it. It was going to be a surprise and it wasn't because my daughter saw the writing. Other than that, perfect, she loves it and I will be ordering more for sure. Just please don't give it away on the box.

I ordered this for my my niece following a recommendation from a friend. The order process was easy and the choice of colours was difficult to choose from. I did make an error with the recipients name on the address box ( put my own down), a quick email to customer service and it was rectified instantly. Would highly recommend my niece loved it and I will definitely be ordering for my daughters 16th in July.
