I ordered these balloons for a dear friend's 99th birthday last week. I had not heard of this company before but found them when searching online for personalised balloons. The website was very easy to use. The instructions were clear. There was a range of balloons to choose from but I thought this one was the best for what I was looking for and was much better and prettier than I had imagined. One of the customer service team had to email me to check something on my message and he was professional and friendly. The balloon was delivered on time, packed beautifully and my friend was delighted. I definitely recommend this product if you are looking for a very special gift.

Beautiful 21st balloons in a balloon for my daughter..she was made up with it,she wanted a 2 and a 1,but i wanted something different,something personal.....its still in perfect form a week later arrived as ordered,would highly reccomend Party Balloons.

It was a delight to have found this website. I bought it as present to my granddaughter so I wouldn't be able to say about the balloon. However, it arrived on time and I was pleased with the customer service who kept me updated about delivery.

Superb experience, initially we had an issue with the courier but party on balloons called us within 30 minutes of emailing to complain, they dealt with the issue for us and my daughter got her custom balloon on time for her birthday, these guys really do care about their customers! I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to family/friends, thanks!
