Great service and lovely balloon

Balloon came when requested .....I was a little disappointed that the lettering didn't seem to have been put on properly ...it had lumps and bumps and was risen in places , so much so I had to go over every letter to smooth it down ......I would have expected more given the price of the balloon , however my daughter still loved it .

Only issue is I would have liked for the delivery to be made on Monday as this was his actual birthday but at this time this was not available

Search high and low for a decent looking balloon for my sisters 30th in lockdown and my whole shopping experience was easy, quick and delivery was on the day i expected it! Would use again.

During covid-19 lockdown I needed the balloon the arrive the day before my partner’s birthday, just incase there was any issues with delivery. Party on we’re easy to contact to ensure I’d selected that correct day, and were more than accommodating when I needed things changing. Balloon arrived with no problems and it rose out the box just perfectly when my partner opened it. A week on it is still super inflated. Really impressed.

These were for a very special birthday and it was important that they arrived when we had asked for them to arrive - which they did! Thank you

Cannot rate service highly enough. I needed delivery of my daughters birthday balloon on a particular date, which wasn’t available,( due to lockdown) as my daughter is an NHS health care worker and works shifts. No problem, without hesitation customer service arranged for her balloon to be delivered on her off duty day. Outstanding customer service. A very happy, grateful mum.
