Great choice of balloons on website, ordered balloon well in advance of birthday. I received email day before delivery and tracked the item throughout delivery. Kept me updated all the time. Arrived on the day I requested.

The balloons were fantastic and are still floating a week later. Only reason I didn't give five stars is because the boxes come with tape on them with 'balloons' written on it which is a giveaway when they get delivered and are for a surprise!

Unfortunately I couldn’t see my boyfriend on his 18th birthday due to social distancing, but still wanted to make it special somehow. I was so grateful that Party On Balloons was still operating so sent a personalised bubble balloon & “18” foil balloons to his home on the day & he had no idea! The balloons came in perfect condition & have lasted really long. What made my experience with this company even better was the amazing customer service i received...I originally didn’t order the foil ballons with my order but decided later on I wanted to, but was unable to get the same delivery date for them as my first order. So with a quick email explaining, Ben was able to add foil balloons onto my existing delivery date selected so all the balloons would arrive together! I can’t thank him enough! Would really recommend x

I order this for my twin daughters 27th birthday in lockdown. What I lovely way to say I’m thinking about you today. It was only their second birthday apart and the balloons brought them together! Ordered a first birthday balloon for our granddaughter as we were unable to visit due to the lockdown rules that were applied. It was easy to order on the Internet and a member of staff promptly called me back when I had made a mistake in ordering. What a great company to deal with- and their product was amazing. Easy to place order but date I needed wasn’t available. Contacted company and they had a cancellation and were able to change my delivery to the date I wanted. Parcel arrived in time and balloon was just as ordered, fabulous. One very happy customer.
