Can not fault customer service. I found the nicest balloon but delivery was originally too far off so got in touch and it was arranged for the date I needed it for, no problem! Fast service and just what I expected

Great service.

Ordering was really easy and simple

We organised it to be delivered the day before, but couldn’t make the time slot. As a result we organised re delivery to a local shop to be collected the following day. Apparently it was not possible for the shop to take the parcel but we were not informed until a few hours before the event taking place. As a result we had to call the courier, and organise collecting directly which was a very stressful time before the event without much warning. But ordering the product and instructions on the website were very clear!
