No issues with ordering this product despite being in Northern Ireland (this was repeatedly an issue). The website tool for personalising the balloon was easy and fun to use. The balloon was very high quality and lasted for a couple of days despite heavy handling by excited children. Will 100% recommend and use again.

I just order as a gift and did only see a photo clip of the pastel balloon. Was beautiful although i wanted the whole clear pastell in red colours. The print was gold writings as requested and innner filling was red and gold as requested Was greatly presented for the occasion annivesray. Thank you for the customs to party on balloons.

Product was originally out of stock at the time I came to order. I was kept up to date with stock availability and the minute it came back into stock, notified promptly. An error with estimated delivery defaulted by DPD but customer services were in touch straight away with reassurance and delivery arrived on time

Great service! Ordered online with no problems. Item arrived a day before its delivery date which is fine, better than a day late! I received the balloon on the 22nd of December, it's now the 29th and the balloon is still as inflated as it was arriving! Well worth the money!
