Ordered a rose gold coloured themed balloon filled with balloons and personalised in rose gold writing for my daughter’s 18th birthday. It was delivered the day I requested. Kept the balloon in the box it was delivered in but took off the packaging tape and wrapped the box in wrapping paper so the balloon floated up when she opened it, looked stunning. Would definitely order again.

As soon as I purchased the balloon I was emailed over an invoice with all the details of the chosen balloon delivery and contact details.
