The balloon is as pictured in the colours requested. The smaller balloons inside the bigger balloon look fab. The only negative I would say is that the text is a little bubbly on the balloon which lets down the whole effect. On the whole, lovely gift.
The ordering process was simple and the balloon was deliver prompt on the day requested.
I don’t normally write reviews but I’m making an exception. The Ballon was Beautiful. The device was excellent and at a reasonable price.
Communication via email was the only way that I could raise the problem with the deflated balloon which was extremely frustrating. No allowance was made about the fact that I was working and didn’t pick up the response to my email until it was too late to send a replacement for the next day. A good will gesture wasn’t even offered. What was meant to be a lovely birthday surprise for my twelve year old niece was ruined. I chose Party On Balloons because of the reviews on their website but I should have checked Trustpilot. The reviews there are a true reflection of the service you receive. The balloon was not the issue just the appalling customer service. I suspect this review will be lost in the ether with the other ones which are less than complimentary about Party on Balloons’ service.

Bought as a 60th gift for my mum’s carer. She was over the moon with it - hadn’t had a balloon since she was a child and certainly never one of this loveliness.

Ordered these for a friend and they went down SO well! Really effective and great communication when I had a query.
It did everything I hoped it would. And PoB were incredibly helpful beforehand with advice about ordering and timing. FYI if you order it to arrive the day before the helium is still doing its thing in the balloon.
I ordered a birthday balloon for my sisters birthday with feathers inside it, it said it was for a 30th birthday but I got to change the text, font and colour with shown examples as it was not her 30th. The delivery date I picked was for her actual birthday, and it arrived on her actual birthday via a good delivery company (dpd) it was boxed very well and safe. The quality is second to none, and is still standing over a week now! Thank you so much to the team for adding to a special day. Would recommend and use again.
