Great communication from the start regarding a balloon order for my mums 60th. As she lives the other end of the country we couldn’t see her so thought this would be a nice addition for her birthday morning with her cards and presents. Was delivered as stated (the delivery driver attempted in the morning and missed her, then going back that evening in his way home as he could see it was a balloon from the box) arrived all in tact and is still looking beautiful a week later. Will be using you again in the future many thanks
Thank you for formatting the wording so beautifully, I wasn’t sure how it was going to come out, but it was perfect. My Dad isn’t into birthdays let alone balloons, but it was a fab surprise as we can’t be with him and he was chuffed, the photos he sent of it looked awesome!
