I received a text message to say an order was delayed on the day of delivery and the courier was busy and could not deliver the ballons until the following day. I emailed Party On Balloons and their Customer Service was on it!! They kept me informed by email chasing the delivery company and to my delight and my daughter her Surprise balloons was delivered on time.
