Absolutely brilliant
Unfortunately our Christmas Elf balloon went down after a very short time. I contacted party on balloons and Within minutes I had a reply offering to replace the balloon with a beautiful letter to my children from Santa’s elves. They were over the moon! Thanks so much. I would highly recommend. They went above and beyond.
