I thought the balloons were a bit expensive but it was for a special occasion so I was happy to pay it. But for the quality they are excellent value. Still inflated over a week later and really original. My daughter loved them for her 21st. Would definitely order again for a special occasion. Lovely gift.

Lots of colour choices, easy website. Unfortunately mine didn’t arrive on time as recipient wasn’t home and so I redirected to a DPD pick up point for the next day and planned to pick up and deliver the balloon myself, but after waiting nearby the pick up point for 3 hours I got an update to say it was further delayed with no explanation, and so it didn’t arrive there until the day after that. Also I chose the mermaid colour theme but wasn’t sure how to get the petrol coloured font as pictured, so I just went for gold coloured writing. Birthday girl didn’t know any different :) and was really pleased with it, even if it did arrive the day after her birthday. I think I was just unlucky with delivery. DPD are normally really good and I was just pleased you don’t use Hermes.

I’ve ordered balloons from here on three different occasions now for various occasions (get well soon, birthday and anniversary). They’re literally amazing, so pretty and last for so long. The balloons have always arrived on time, and I spoke to someone at the company as I wanted guidance on the font/delivery times and they responded promptly and were really helpful. Would definitely recommend and use this company again!
Excellent service, delivered on the date requested (even though I had left a day extra as advised just in case). My niece loved her balloon and the little note was handwritten which we thought was a lovely touch. Will definitely shop here again!

Finding this company has been amazing as I’ve ordered twice before and the recipients of both have been totally stunned by how gorgeous these balloons are.
