LOVED EVERYTHING This was my first order and I absolutely loved the presentation and customization!! How the balloon popped from the box was super adorable.. and the colors & ribbons were tooo cute!! Thank you so much.. it made a lovely surprise gift for a birthday! Just wish the tape on the box didn’t give away what was inside!! p.s - select a day prior for delivery, mine got delayed and the courier service was rude!!
The site was very easy to use and the product quality, customization, presentation was excellent but my delivery didn’t reach on time so i suggest anyone ordering select a day prior! The dpd local delivery customer service was rude!! I was really disappointed by the way one of the advisor spoke.. and I wouldn’t have been so upset had this gift not been a surprise for someone’s birthday!! Rest, the service from party on balloons was on point! Since this was a surprise gift for someone in London for his birthday, i just wish the box tape didn’t let out what’s inside!!

My daughter loved her balloon. Even better than I expected! I was glad tho she was out when it arrived because it had company labelled tape on the box which I had to take off n replace with clear tape as it woukd have spoilt the surprise!

Very well packed. Slightly misleading delivery date. Received date confirmation but it arrived 2 days early. Otherwise can’t fault it.
The balloons were beautiful when they arrived and packaged well. The product was as described, however the surface of the large balloon wasn't as 'clean' e.g. marks. This wasn't a major issue however. My friend loved the balloons (bought it as a graduation gift), which made me happy too.
It was very easy navigating the site. However, there was no availability for delivery for about a week, which meant I had to select a Saturday delivery, which is expensive. Nonetheless, my order arrived on time and I was excited for its arrival.
I enjoyed shopping with you, My review on the experience is that I like it and that the price is alright.

This is the second year I have bought these balloons for my daughter. They are absolutely amazing and so far this has always been her BEST present! Not the bike or the doll but the balloon!! They last for weeks as well! Easy to use website and arrived on time. Brilliant!!
