My second order with Party on Balloons. My first order was perfect, my second order was also but a day later than booked which was disappointing as it was the day my cousin was due to be married which had to be cancelled. It did arrive the next day but I was disappointed it hadn’t arrived on the day I requested.

I ordered this balloon to mark our would-be wedding day which was sadly cancelled due to COVID. The balloon is truly stunning. The white feather balloon feels very bridal and I personalised it with rose gold writing to match our wedding colour theme. The writing was applied beautifully and the foil text was really high quality - It is almost holographic when the light hits it, really pretty! The ribbons used matched the white of the feathers and the rose gold writing really well! Beautifully done. It has been 12 days since it was delivered and it is still floating. High quality product and service. 10/10

Easy to customise the balloon online. It arrived on the day promised, packaged well and looked amazing. Could not be happier with the service. TOP TIP - make sure you get the box into your house ASAP when delivered, as due to COVID I got the delivery driver to leave it on my doorstep, and as it is literally a box of air (well helium, so lighter than air), I nearly lost it down the road to the wind :'D XD

The company were fantastic from start to finish. Website for ordering product very easy to use. Couldn’t get my preferred delivery date so emailed them and got a response straightaway to say they could give me the date I had originally wanted and amended the order. Balloon was packaged well and was just as expected. Very good quality product and just as I had ordered. Very happy customer and would definitely recommend and won’t hesitate to use again.

We purchased this for a friend and she absolutely loved it and said she'd never seen anything like this before. So special with the personalisation and selection of colours.

So so happy with the balloon, came perfectly and was just how I pictured it, over a week later it’s still going strong. It made my boys first birthday pictures look lovely and will defiantly be a yearly balloon for every birthday for him, couldn’t be happier with the product !!!

I wasn’t sure on a few things so I went onto Instagram and messaged the instagram account and got a respond within minutes which was helpful.
