I've always brought balloons for my children on their b'days. These balloons are absolutely beautiful and last ages.

After I put my order in, I changed my mind on the colours I wanted. Emailed the company and they could've accommodated more. Changed to theme I wanted which wasn't on website, super helpful, friendly comms. And balloon arrived on the arrival date in the colours I wanted. Perfect service

I found the website easy to use. The only bit that is a little confusing is selecting the date you want it delivered if also taking account the 24h hour window you need to leave. Both balloons I have ordered have been delivered a day earlier than the recipients birthdays - which has added to the excitement - but one of them I paid the additional cost to have it priority delivery on the day, which was not necessary in the end as it was delivered a day early anyway!

I have ordered a couple of these for friends now who are turning 40 & both people were really happy & pleased that I had sent something different to mark their birthdays. Both took their balloons with them to add to their lockdown birthday get togethers! The balloons lasted weeks too so Iv decided no more sending flowers that are so hit & miss, balloons it is from now on!

I changed the message to a Mother’s Day one. My mum loved her balloon gift, made a lovely change to the usual flowers, also lasted a lot longer too!
