Ordered for a bbq party on 19th June but weather wasn’t great so had to cancel it , it wasn’t my daughter’s birthday until the 23rd so had to keep it in box for 5 days as it came on the 18th the day before .. But came out the box 5 days later as if it was the first day and still going strong even in all this heat! Thank you .
Great experience and excellent service! When asked if the delivery could take place on a date that wasn’t available the response was immediate and the recipient received the balloon on her birthday! Highly delighted.

The balloon arrived on the correct day, was a great size and looks exactly as it did on the picture. I used a custom design and I was really impressed with how it turned out, especially the ribbons that they add on underneath. Would recommend!
