Website was easy to use with lots of choiceS available I loved the fact I received an hour delivery slot notification I was able to intercept the balloon to keep it a surprise. The quality of the product is great it’s not deflated at all and it’s been up over a week. My daughter said it was the sweetest gift ever ... we love it
