Great quality, gorgeous balloons. Arrived on the date required, I would definitely use party on balloons again. A family member ordered a similar product from a different company and had multiple problems!

I purchased two of these for my twins 18th birthdays. One came out of the box slightly deflated with the writing all creased up, the other was perfect. We opened on the day, so it wasn't an option to get a replacement, but a full refund was given without question for the deflated balloon. The second balloon was lovely and is still going strong a week later, so I'd recommend you check before the event, to give the company time to replace if needed, which I'm sure they would do, if possible.

We sent a balloon to our friend to celebrate her daughter's first birthday as we couldn't visit during lock down! It turned up early which was great as it meant more time for them to enjoy it and we didn't miss the actual day. The balloon looked gorgeous! Recieved this balloon on my husbands 40th birthday, and was great to have a text from delivery in morning to give an hour time slot it was due to arrive. Balloon still going strong 2 weeks after birthday! Star wars theme went down a treat!
