Testimonials

Ordered holiday reveal in error but was contacted and it was soon rectifiedto a birthday surprise - so lovely - my daughter was really impressed with it. Great way to surprise someone

Great quality, gorgeous balloons. Arrived on the date required, I would definitely use party on balloons again. A family member ordered a similar product from a different company and had multiple problems!

I had an issue with one of the balloons I ordered and a refund was issued immediately without question - thank you

I purchased two of these for my twins 18th birthdays. One came out of the box slightly deflated with the writing all creased up, the other was perfect. We opened on the day, so it wasn't an option to get a replacement, but a full refund was given without question for the deflated balloon. The second balloon was lovely and is still going strong a week later, so I'd recommend you check before the event, to give the company time to replace if needed, which I'm sure they would do, if possible.

The balloon was gorgeous, the Birthday girl was very pleased

We sent a balloon to our friend to celebrate her daughter's first birthday as we couldn't visit during lock down! It turned up early which was great as it meant more time for them to enjoy it and we didn't miss the actual day. The balloon looked gorgeous! Will definitely use this service again and highly recommend

Recieved this balloon on my husbands 40th birthday, and was great to have a text from delivery in morning to give an hour time slot it was due to arrive. Balloon still going strong 2 weeks after birthday! Star wars theme went down a treat!

The website is simple to navigate and the checkout process was quick and easy. The balloon I ordered arrived on time and was well packaged.

I ordered this balloon for my niece who was celebrating her birthday in lockdown. It arrived on time and she was very happy with her balloon surprise.

Delivered as promised

So amazing to be able to customise your balloon

Amazing service. The balloon itself was beautiful and the people out was sent out to really loved it. I needed to change the date of delivery and they were very accommodating with prompt replies.

reslly pleases with the service & how it arrived on time! Great finish to the balloon! Brought many balloons from here :)

Got these balloons as a present for my friend’s graduation & she loved them!!

Gorgeous balloon, love it, so elegant & personalised. These last for so long, at 3 weeks!

Excellent balloons

Excellent service beautiful balloons and last long time would recommend to everyone.

Love these balloons, always so gorgeous!! & stand out in an elegant way!

All needs carried out, even alterations. Only thing was I didn’t get a email back, stating that changes will be met. But understandable under circumstances.

I was very happy ❤️

Perfect gift! I wanted a personalised balloon to be sent to my family for Eid. I wasn’t going to be there for the first time, due to lockdown. I was concerned about delivery and packaging (whether it would arrived on the day I wanted, and intact), but I had nothing to be concerned about. I have already recommended to others and will order again. Thank you so much!

Beautiful choice

I was disappointed that the balloons came in the same box. When my son opened it they were all tangled together & wouldn’t float out the box. Was a shame. The number balloon was good quality, but the bubble balloon was much smaller than others I have bought in the past from other sites.

Great service only thing was I had a problem with my emails so no updates because of this.

Got a rainbow confetti personalised balloon for our daughters 21st, lovely surprise for her. Arrived in plenty of time and looked brilliant.

Great service

Arrived on time, it made my partners day as its difficult to celebrate during these times. Exactly as described & well worth the price!
