Beautiful balloon bought as a gift for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Balloon is still going strong 10 days later.

Need more colour and make new different colour and different balloons

Due to lockdown we couldn’t celebrate my nieces 4th birthday so I decided to send her this It gave us an hours slot when it would arrive do she could answer the door herself arrived bang on time and her wee face was a picture my brother filmed her reaction to send us

Lovely balloon but deflated on my daughters birthday (received day before) luckily she opened it when it arrived but was disappointed that it was deflated on the day itself

We couldn't get to see our Godchild for her birthday (social distancing) so we wanted to send her a fun surprise. Despite being short staffed, the lovely staff still managed to get the balloon out a day earlier than expected so it would arrive on her actual birthday. I really appreciated the extra effort they went too! She loves Mickey mouse and was over the moon. My only suggestion for improvement is that the balloons should come with an option for cotton and paper string/tassels instead of plastic. Or even better just stop using plastic all together. I know many people wont buy balloons due to the problems with the plastic strings/ribbons. Highly recommend this company and i hope to see more sustainable alternatives soon!
