Ordering was really easy and simple
Ordered a clear balloon with rose gold balloons inside. It was just gorgeous! My daughters face was a picture and I videoed it to capture the memory. Thankyou. I will definitely be ordering from you again !
We organised it to be delivered the day before, but couldn’t make the time slot. As a result we organised re delivery to a local shop to be collected the following day. Apparently it was not possible for the shop to take the parcel but we were not informed until a few hours before the event taking place. As a result we had to call the courier, and organise collecting directly which was a very stressful time before the event without much warning. But ordering the product and instructions on the website were very clear!
The Mother to be, loved the balloon and had so many compliments on how lovely it was and it has lasted for a few weeks! Great company and products!

Thank you so much for a absolutely fabulous birthday balloon. It’s one of the nicest I’ve ever seen and my daughter has adopted it as her own in her bedroom. I’ll admit I did feel a bit sad about the plastic when it first arrived, but I’ve just got round to recycling the box it came in (which has been used as a spaceship/den in the meantime) and found the flyer talking about your environmental policy. I really like the way it acknowledges what you can’t change at the moment, but shows you have thought about every single aspect of it. Good luck with that element of what you do – I’ve worked in the sustainability sector for a long time and know how challenging it can be to provide what customers want at the right price in a sustainable way.
