The main balloon and chosen package of 2 bundles of 3 balloons and small free balloons arrived on time. The main balloon was what i ordered with the 2 bundles of 3 balloons in matching colours. My dad was really happy with all the balloons. My only concern was that the actual clear main balloon itself (not the decoration of inner balloons) could have been of a better quality as it had a huge seam down the middle of it.

Amazing is all I can say. Had balloons delivered and the foil hearts were deflated slightly and didn’t look great. One quick email and one very quick response back later and I had new heart balloons sent out to me. They even were willing to send the balloons to a different address for me on the other side of the country at no extra cost. This is brilliant customer service. I will definitely be recommending this company to all my friends and family and will use only these guys from here on out!! Thanks so much guys

Fantastic quality. Slight issue with the hearts but was soon rectified by Benjamin.

Disappointed in the state it arrived in as the box had been opened and messed with, but the balloon was ok and the reveal went well.

Amazing got for my mum and dad’s diamond anniversary they loved it. Almost 3 weeks and still up it’s getting lower but great product. Would definitely recommend.

Everything looked incredible with the balloon from the colour choices I asked for, to the logo printed etc. The only one thing I’d change is the additional text I asked for to be placed in a different location as it didn’t make grammatical sense to place it where it was but it was a minor concern and didn’t bother me too much :)
