We love getting customer feedback here at Party On Balloons...and we also love sharing it with you! Here's what some of our customers have to say about us.
Delivery was seamless. Fantastic balloon. My daughter was thrilled and had loads of comments about it.
Ordered for my mum with Alzhiemer’s for her 95th birthday. She wasn’t interested in the cake or the beautiful bouquet of flowers she received. But when she saw the balloons flying out of the box, her face lit up and said how beautiful they were! That was one week ago and the balloons are still looking as good as new.
It's absolutely beautiful, and my mum absolutely loved it for her birthday. Will definitely order for occasions in the future
A fabulous idea which was loved by my mother on her birthday. Looked exactly like the picture and reliably delivered the next day! Will certainly be ordering from this site again, thank you.

Great product, would only add a little bit more white paper in the box to cover properly the cardboard box as I only received 4 very thin sheets, other than that, an amazing product! 5 stars!

My 16 year old niece was the recipient of the Bespoke Feathered balloon and she absolutely loved it. Everything from the initial order to the delivery was 10/10. The staff were available to answer any queries via email - excellent communication. I Will definitely recommend this company to friends and family and also I will be using service again .
Design of the balloon was good choice, from colours to writing styles, and patterns. I enjoyed picking my own balloon. The site was very easy to use, clear instructions. And when the balloon arrived on the day, I was surprised how good it looked. It was packed with care. That made it feel special.
The service is good. I got the balloon on time. My email enquiry was answerd quickly, as I wasn't sure what date the balloon would arrive. I would definitely recommend party balloons to friends and family
