I cannot recommend Party On Balloons enough! I chose the exact design i wanted, in the colours that I wanted, the order was placed at 10.15am, I got an email at 1.15pm saying that DHL had collected it and I then take it until it arrived work me less than 24 hours after me placing the order!! Mote importantly, the balloon was amazing!
