These guys went the extra mile to make sure my friend received a lovely birthday surprise. They check the balloons are all good by inflating a few hours before going out for delivery, when the one I’d chosen wasn’t they immediately contacted me and upgraded my choice (because the batch was misbehaving) to a more expensive and more fancy selection (personalised very thoughtfully as a nice surprise for her and me!). I’ll definitely be back for more balloons!
