Have had six balloons now, all superb. Sadly the last one was damaged in transit and didn't make it to the recipient complete. When I emailed to let them know they made another one urgently and it arrive the next day. Superb customer service.

The personalisation was actually bigger on the balloon delivered than shown in the picture. I think if 2 balloons are purchased it would be nice to have both personalised. I loved the added small balloons that can be added on. Order arrived on time, good communication with delivery status
