I ordered a personalised 18th birthday balloon for my son. The whole process was effortless. The balloon arrived on my nominated delivery day (no issues) the balloons were well packaged. The personalisation is a lovely touch, which my son loved. A week later, the balloons are still going strong (no loss of air) I would highly recommend this company ??
