I'm exceptionally impressed with the customer service (speed of response to queries and efforts to serve) and the product. The icing on the cake is their commitment to the environment, even saying you can send the balloons back and they will recycle them. Can't recommend highly enough.

My gift arrived exactly when I expected it to. I decided not to add a gift card, but in hindsight I should have as there is nothing on the package to indicate to the recipient who it's from.

I chose a few options, but also asked for some help with colours and I was very pleased with the outcome and so was the recipient!

Great fast service from this balloon company, and the balloons look lovely. The only downside is the delivery company who dumped my package outside my door because nobody was home, despite my arranging via their website which neighbour to leave it with. Thank goodness nobody stole it!
