Easy ordering, arrived as expected. My son loved them.
The balloon was excellent quality. It was large and well packed for the delivery. My only suggestions would be that the order should come with a pin or tool to burst it and there should be instructions on how it’s supposed to be done - my husband stabbed the pin into the ballon not realising you were only supposed to burst the black balloon, leaving the clear one to reveal the confetti. This was a shame but it was still good fun despite the fact we did it wrong and burst both!!
I must admit, I was a bit skeptical about how this method of revealing the gender would go and also whether I would receive the balloon without it having burst in transit, but I’m so glad I found this company and went with it! Shortly after placing my order I received a personable email from Benjamin in the CS team congratulating me and asking how I would inform them of the gender. A distant member was due to inform them on our behalf as we didn’t want to know ourselves until the reveal. Benjamin kept me in the loop every step of the way and answered all my questions about the delivery of the balloon. It arrived on time and in perfect condition! Everyone loved the reveal!! I would do this again and would use this company! Thank you!
Purchased these for my girlfriend's birthday and she absolutely adores them! I went with the full balloon package which in addition to the personalised bubble balloon, also comes with heart shaped balloons and with lots of scatter balloons - all pre-inflated with helium and of a beautiful satin rose gold colour scheme. I ordered these a couple of evenings before the big day and also paid for them to arrive before 1pm the next day, which they did and I was impressed! They arrived in two large carton boxes as the balloons are obviously pre-inflated which do take up space. I personally only opened the rest of the balloons to decorate the room and then let my girlfriend open the main bubble balloon box herself as a surprise! She and I were both very happy with it, and overall highly recommended.
