We love getting customer feedback here at Party On Balloons...and we also love sharing it with you! Here's what some of our customers have to say about us.
Notified every step of the way
Great service, great product and delivered right on time. Will be back for more next year.
Amazing customer service from the team who helped to organise delivery and provided lots of options. The ballon is wonderful and very well received.
An amazing product, not cheap but you get what you pay for My only disappointment is that you pay a premium for on the day delivery and then it comes whenever it feels like it? I ordered for delivery on 2/8 and it turned up 30/7. Pure luck I was home. The explanation from the company was reasonable but I think this could be improved
Very easy to use and customise, lots of options and extras you can add and lovely being able to choose delivery date which also arrived on time!
Beautiful balloon, amazing quality! Lots of lovely comments from friends and would 100% order again.

Ordered a set of balloons, top notch quality, delighted
Turned out so pretty! Would recommend this design
Don’t waste your time or money! Balloon lasted less than 24 hours. Selfish useless business
I must have looked at 20 to 30 different sites before finding Party on Balloons. The other sites simply did not have the selection, were restrictive in terms of customisation or balloon combinations or were just far too expensive. Party On Balloons offered a huge selection, the customisation process was simple and placing the order could not have been easier. I was kept advised of delivery and was able to make a delivery date change without any fuss. All questions were answered and updates provided within a matter of hours of my contacting customer services, We were absolutely thrilled with the balloons themselves, they were exactly as shown in the photograph and the customisation had been completed perfectly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Party On Balloons and fully intend to use them again in the future. Thank you so much for making a special day that little bit extra special and sparkly with your beautiful balloons!
This balloon was so unique in design and with the feathers inside, and a really beautiful gift for my sister for her 30th birthday. So many people commented about how gorgeous it was and asked where it was from. My sister also adored it, with the personalisation as well. Delivery was efficient too. Would absolutely recommend and will be using this company again. Thank you!
