Shade of rose pink balloons inside a larger personalised balloon. It was easy to order what I wanted on the website and select my preferred delivery date. The balloons looked amazing and my wife loved them. The product was as described and still look the same 6 days later! I would highly recommend. The only downside was the courier service, I received an email to advise they would be delivered in the evening, they didn't turn up. Myself and my partner were home all day and I tracked the delivery. Mysteriously 30 mins before the balloons were due to be delivered (7.30pm) I received a message to say "sorry you weren't in" no delivery card and the courier took a blank picture to pretend they had been at my door. I would prefer honesty if they were struggling to finish their round. Really disappointed and the courier service couldn't explain the blank picture taken of my "front door" and they would just attempt deliverybthr next day, which they did. However, I'm glad I ordered 1 working day in advance just in case.- this is not a reflection on the company as they can't control the courier, they may just want to reconsider.

They arrived on time. Unfortunately one of the black foil balloons was already deflated in the box so had to bin that. Looking at the packaging photo online, the bubble balloon and foil balloons should have been made to arrange separately however all three sets were tangled together when getting them out of the box. I ended up cutting the ribbons in the end as they were too tangled to unknot. That being said, the end result still looked good with all the balloons together as one set. I have purchased balloons from other companies where they float out nicely of the box as part of the display. Disappointed that these were knotted together. Mainly bought for the bubble balloon. Would buy again but probably not a package.

My son enjoyed releasing the balloon from its box. It was an extra treat given his 18th fell during lockdown. Great colours matched throughout balloons, ribbons and weights and robust too. Smiles all round!
