It was wonderful, from the moment the box was opened, it shouted "Quality" as my mother removed the tissue paper laying across the top, the balloon appeared, with beautiful strands of curled ribbon, everything from the printing on the balloon to the care and detail in the decoration attached was 1st class,. :)

Good balloons, delivered in good time, lasted ages. Only criticism is the limited number of characters allowed for personalisation - I can understand it for the balloon itself, but to charge for a card and then have such a small number of characters allowed was a shame (so didn't bother)
