The balloon looked amazing, only negative was it arrived a day late so didn't really need a balloon the day after a birthday.

The bubble ballon was just as described, it was so beautiful and the personalisation was done amazingly! My boyfriend was so chuffed! It was so easy to create and design the balloon exactly how I envisioned as there was plenty of options for filling the bubble, font & colours! Everything was well packaged and protected and so couldn’t fault the company at all!

Unfortunately I couldn’t see my boyfriend on his 18th birthday due to social distancing, but still wanted to make it special somehow. I was so grateful that Party On Balloons was still operating so sent a personalised bubble balloon & “18” foil balloons to his home on the day & he had no idea! The balloons came in perfect condition & have lasted really long. What made my experience with this company even better was the amazing customer service i received...I originally didn’t order the foil ballons with my order but decided later on I wanted to, but was unable to get the same delivery date for them as my first order. So with a quick email explaining, Ben was able to add foil balloons onto my existing delivery date selected so all the balloons would arrive together! I can’t thank him enough! Would really recommend x

I bought the rose gold 2 and 1 number balloons for my daughters 21st. Really pleased with the look and colour of them and they're still looking great 3 weeks on! My daughter loved them. They went a long way to make a 21st lock-down birthday special! Would highly recommend.

Rarely has a picture on a website reflected the end product. This balloon was the exception. The pictures and description were accurate and the communication from the company was good. I made an error and the company were very good and efficient to correct it.

Balloon was absolutely perfect for my other half’s 30th birthday, we are in isolation and it was such a nice gift to receive it arrived very promptly thank you!
