Ordered a first birthday balloon for our granddaughter as we were unable to visit due to the lockdown rules that were applied. It was easy to order on the Internet and a member of staff promptly called me back when I had made a mistake in ordering. What a great company to deal with- and their product was amazing. I ordered this for my Nan’s birthday. I couldn’t spend the day with her due to lockdown. She absolutely loved it. The colours were great a mix of light pinks her favourite. It was delivered on the day it was due and after a month the balloon is only just starting to deflate. I will be surprising many more loved ones with one of these beautiful balloons on their special days especially during these difficult times when I can’t be with them in person
