I ordered a birthday balloon for my mum & dad who's birthdays fell during lockdown, as a way to send them a little cheer & colour as we couldn't be with them! The balloon exceeded my expectations, the website was so easy to navigate with plenty of choice & the finished product is far superior to most of the other options out there. I placed an order for delivery during the bank holiday weekend. I was concerned about delivery times etc but the team were amazing! They responded to my emails within the hour and kept me updated from the moment I placed the order up until delivery. My order date was also changed for me to ensure it reached the person earlier even with the Easter bank holiday weekend. Customer service is second to none. Absolutely brilliant!
