Very easy website to navigate. Arrived when promised even though I ordered it relatively late during the Christmas period, glad I paid the extra to ensure safe arrival for Christmas Day. It was a really great quality and the surprise worked really well. My grandchildren loved it. Everyone who has seen the video has though it really good. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Great balloon that went down really well with the announcement to the kids. Would have been 5 stars but DPD had completely ruined the box so we had to try and repair it/make it presentable, it was lucky the balloon hasn’t been popped. Please consider a different delivery service or sturdier boxes??
Product was originally out of stock at the time I came to order. I was kept up to date with stock availability and the minute it came back into stock, notified promptly. An error with estimated delivery defaulted by DPD but customer services were in touch straight away with reassurance and delivery arrived on time
Great quality, packaged and delivered well. Product is still as new over 1 week later showing no signs of deflation. A great way to reveal the perfect surprise!

Great service! Ordered online with no problems. Item arrived a day before its delivery date which is fine, better than a day late! I received the balloon on the 22nd of December, it's now the 29th and the balloon is still as inflated as it was arriving! Well worth the money!
