Choose a date for delivery was emailed to say it was coming earlier after phone call was told I would receive email to say there was a mistake and it would be sorted which it was. Delighted with balloon and service.

Balloon was as described didn’t see the extra gift box option at time of order but company emailed to see if I required gift box. Company was easy to get hold of via email and phone. Would definitely use company again and recommend to friends.

It was a lovely balloon and is as seen in the pictures. However considering the price I paid it was smaller than I envisaged. Also the box it arrived in was partly opened and with the tape on it stating its balloons kind of ruined the surprise of the balloons coming out. The balloon was good quality and the personalisation made it extra special. I would definitely order again.

Got this bubble balloon for my daughters 16th with rose gold Disney writing and loved it,it’s so pretty and she got lots of compliments when posted on social media.I will be ordering one next year for her prom.
